What is Return Policy?

You may return most products purchased. Most items can be returned with Thirty days of receiving the item. However we aren't the original seller so you must contact and/or refer to an original sellers terms for returns individually.

Requirements to get a Full Refund

In most instances these are the basic requirements to get a 100 % refund.

  • Items have to be in new condition
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • Media items (for example, movies, music, video games, and software) must be unopened and still inside their plastic wrap
  • Musical instruments, televisions, and electronic devices must have a UPC or serial number
  • Shoes and clothing have to be unworn

Third Party Seller Returns Policies

Most sellers have a returns policy equivalent to our own, some seller returns policies could vary. Each seller's refund policy is available on the vendor's web-site. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped using a seller are borne by the buyer.

Items valued at over have to be returned towards seller using a trackable shipping service. Should the order is valued at 0 and up, insure the shipment for the price of this product and ship your return using a signature shipping service. For items below , we recommend USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: In case a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, you may not be eligible for a refund.

UPS Pickups

After you request a UPS pickup, UPS sends a driver to the address together with your shipping label within 1-5 business days. Be certain you've described the defect, damage, or error and include that in the returned package. In the event the original packaging still is available, return an item in this particular packaging. To help avoid problems with the pickup, remove any previously used shipping labels which might be still on the box.

Cancel Pickup Request

After a UPS pickup is requested, you cannot cancel that request until following the first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, you can call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Be sure to have your tracking number handy.
